A sampled palette of swatches took their cues from the natural woods, stones, fabrics and materials that made up the home staged photography.

A project that blossomed from the origins of a simple PDF became a beautiful image wrap, hardback book printed on 96 pages of Proline uncoated, 148g/sm, Mohawk Fine stock. This annual report for the Home Staging Association covered the captured results of a survey that spanned the estate agents and developers across UK and Ireland.

A collection of understated infographics slowed the pace of the reader to take their time and solve the visual puzzle of the data. While a curated selection of imagery not only informed the colour palette of the book itself, but also broke the report up into sections by tone. Indulgent typography in side on statements disrupted the flow and brought key pieces of information out of the survey.

Overall the book became a standout piece for the Home Staging Association that helped elevate the position of the brand to that of the market it represents.
